Review of Great Pacific Wine & Coffee Co

I tried the gluten free classic pizza and it was really good! The ingredients that aren’t gluten free (bbq sauce, peanut sauce, etc) are clearly labeled. They said the crust used to be frozen, but now it’s is made by someone over in Walla Walla. While the waitress emphasized that they can’t guarantee anything, she said the staff do change gloves and are conscious about cross contamination. She said there’s gluten free bagels and sandwiches as well. Dog friendly too, we were able to sit outside with our pup and they brought our food out to us.
