I called ahead to discuss gluten free options and they told me exactly how they'd be changing the recipe. White rice instead of fried, no soy sauce, corn starch instead of flour. They also cooked everything separately as per my request, and bagged it all separately as well. A day later, and I feel great! (Normally I wake up sick.)
