Wood Fire Grill is so accommodating for food allergies. I have both celiac and dairy allergies. Ate here twice. First meal chef prepped a burger and fries. Had to specially heat oil in pan to cook fries to prevent dairy cross contamination in fryer. Second meal had strip steak and baked potato. Again cooked steak in pan because they typically butter coat steak and cook on grill. Tasted great and didn't get sick.
