Not sure about here. I found this place in this app and they seemed knowledgeable on gluten free. Workers were lovely. Food tasted good but not amazing. I forgot to check about the frying situation of the fries because when I checked if they were gluten free i was told yes. Im very sensitive and reactive to gluten/cross-contamination and I’m not certain it was the cause, however I was extremely bloated after and experienced gluten reaction symptoms around 2 hours later so think it was likely the cause.

Best restaurant in Paros! Delicious food! They were knowledgeable on gluten free and said all the meat is gluten free and I could have the dishes just without pita bread. They said the chips are also safe as they are cooked in their own fryer. The food, location, vibes and staff was so amazing we went there 5 times and loved every single time, and I didn’t get ill once. Absolutely loved this place!

This is the best place we ate in Paros, so good we went back three times and I created an account to write this review. The staff was very knowledgeable about what could and couldn’t be done gf, and we didn’t get sick once while eating multiple dishes here. No pita, but most of the meats are gf and served on nicely season fries (own fryer). It’s close to the bus stop and port so regardless of which town you’re staying in, it’s accessible. Great prices, lots of options, great view of the water, clear communication, highly recommend.
