Not safe. Immediately upon sitting, I notified the waitress of my medically necessary gluten free needs, and asked about options. She pointed to the line at the bottom of the menu indicating that items that contain gluten would be marked with an asterisk. A quick perusal showed many additional unmarked items that obviously contained gluten, so I would not trust the unmarked items to not contain gluten. Additionally, I asked about their allergen procedures and she said there were none. I asked if they would be willing to do a glove/utensil change, and she said they would not be willing to change their utensils or gloves (?!). When our party of 7 got up to leave after learning that I couldn’t dine here, she insisted that no place would change gloves or utensils, and sort of acted like I was crazy.
