Prior to Celiac, this was a favorite of my entire family. Warm people greet you throughout the entire restaurant. There new menu is marked with GF warnings and a asterisk system. I was pretty confident that they were going to be safe after I explained to the server that I would become ill after consuming items with GF or that were noted with an asterisk. The communication between my server and I was difficult though, as English is not his native language. He returned from the kitchen and said the chicken riganatti would be safe if they left the sauce off of the vegetables and potatoes/rice. So I ate with gusto once the delicious meal appeared. Twenty minutes later, I was showing symptoms. This is a great place for people with mild gluten sensitive people, or people without gluten issues altogether. I am still a huge fan of this restaurant, but I can no longer partake of their entrees.
