They have a dedicated fryer for gluten free foods, a large gluten free menu and separate prep space. They use gluten free designated cooking utensils and have a gluten free only toaster. Staff is very knowledgeable and take any cross contamination seriously. They avoid at all costs the opportunity for cross contamination.
