We were greeted by the manager (owner?) with, "Is someone at the table celiac?" and then he shook hands with that person. 100% GF menu (except a few beers -- by they also have GF beer). They bake fresh GF pita and sourdough bread daily. They serve GF baklava but were out of it the day we ate there. Everything was very good and decently priced for being in the tourist area near the Acropolis.
