October 12, 2019- Lunch They cook all allergy meals in a separate wok. You really need to be cautious about cross-contamination I was a bit sick after eating there.

Interesting concept. Pick your own veggies, meat, noodles and sauce. Lots of gluten-free options, including rice noodles. I'm not celiac but possible cross-contamination issues with the salad bar type of selection process. In general the food was good, but the place was kind of dark even with lots of windows. I'll probably try it again as long as I don't get sick.

This place is like a stir-fry subway. You get a bowl and you pick all of your ingredients from a salad bar. You leave your bowl and they cook it on a giant flat top grill and you can watch as the kitchen is open. If you tell them you have allergies/Celiac, they cook your food in separate clean woks. There are gluten free options and they cook your food separately, but all of the sauces, veggies and noodles are all together in a salad bar for everyone to pick their own. That looks like a cross contamination nightmare. You could probably ask for new ingredients, but we didn't and my daughter didn't get sick after. The concept for this place is interesting but might work better if you could tell someone what you wanted and they pick the appropriate amounts. How much sauce do you scoop? I had way too much. My husband has too little in his bowl. They do have gluten free soy sauce but you have to ask. Oh and brown/white rice is served on the side. Can you get fried rice instead of rice noodles? I didn't see anyone doing that and our waiter was a little hard to track down to ask. Because of the open nature of this place, we all left smelling like a Chinese kitchen. It smelled great when we walked in, but not so much when your hair smelled like it as you laid down in bed. I feel like we would have too many mediocre meals trying to figure out a good combination. I don't think we would return.

Without a doubt going again. Newly gluten intolerant, and not a worry when it comes to eating here. Knowledgable staff and separate cookware. Love that I get to choose every last ingredient as well!

This is a great make-your-own all-you-can-eat stir fry place. They have have a gluten free menu that lists which sauces are gluten free. Otherwise everything else is safe except for some of the noodles.
