Very knowledgeable about Celiac safety. The owners have a list of safe menu items available for the cashier to refer to, and the kitchen is well organized. The "plate" entrees are safe without pita as a side dish, which they can sub cucumber salad if you want. They come with hummus, rice, and Greek salad which are all safe. Sadly the fries are not safe, but there are lots of tasty options! This is a great, authentic counter-serve Mediterranean restaurant.
