They do have several gluten free baked goods. The gluten free waffles and bagels however appear to be frozen store-bought items, which was disappointing.

Staff was nice, albeit a bit stressed out. Gluten free waffles, cupcakes, and cheesecake were delicious. Oat/Açaí bowls are also great for breakfast.

This is such a great place. Lots of choices for gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free. Best gluten-free bagel ever. Was not real heavy was light and delicious. I had a sandwich on the bagel. They have bowls, salads, and sandwiches. wish I had one of these by me. We were from out of town. Delicious desserts also that were vegan, dairy free, and gluten-free.

What a cute shop! We were visiting this area because of a soccer game. So excited to try it out. I ordered the egg bagel. Bagel was twice the size of the egg so made for an interesting bite. I ordered the beet smoothie– awesome! They had fresh baked goods – I got the banana muffin. I haven’t tried it yet but looks very yummy.

The Green Cup is an all organic cafe. Their coffee is amazing and they have organic cream as well as non dairy choices. They also have smoothies, juices, teas and bubble teas. It's a great place for lunch as they have yummy salads and many gluten free wrap choices. From what I was told, the only wheat in this place is a prepackaged wheat wrap for non GF eaters. Also, they have a good selection of vegan and raw desserts, all which are GF. I've tried several and they were great! I do believe they also have some kind of ice cream or gelato but I have not yet tried it. This is a cute place and if you let them know, they will be careful not to cross contaminate. I've been several times and never gotten sick!
