owners are very knowledgeable and approachable. ask for flavia and she will have her husband walk through everything you can and cant have (usually 1 or 2 items you cant have). they even have several dessert options! food is excellent. we eat here almost monthly and have never had an issue and 2 of us have celiac and are very sensitive.
