Been here a few times previously as non-Celiac and food always tastes good. Returned a few weeks ago and asked about the "gluten free pate". Apparently the bread with it is NOT GF! The menu item cannot be listed as GF if parts of the dish have gluten..am I crazy? Very surprising since this is a very dedicated restaurant for gf/vegan/vegetarian

Delicious food cooked with fresh ingredients. They seem very aware of issues like cross-contamination. Yum!

Ordered the burrata salad and eye rounds. My Nima found gluten in the salad, but was safe for the eye rounds...not feeling great today may have had some CC in the eye rounds :(

Awesome little gem in NOLA for people who are GF and vegan. Be cautious for freekeh on the menu. I ordered a lunch plate with falafel that had freekeh on the plate, but they quickly replaced it with many apologies. The food was amazing, and the staff was friendly.

There were bread crumbs on my hummus plate. Hidden in among slices of carrot. Stopped eating as soon as i saw it but too late.

Several gluten-free options on the menu, some are vegetarian as well, and it was all really delicious. Expensive, though, for a tiny/casual cafe (ie, 2 entrees & 1 bowl of soup plus tip totaled $50).

Amazing! Food amazing! Service was pretty good. They seemed busy and for a brief moment a bit frazzled when I walked in, but the waiter was excellent in the end.

Best place I’ve eaten in the French quarter and I’ve come monthly for about 10 years! I would definitely recommend this place to someone with allergies or even someone who didn’t have any. Excellent service and excellent food. The place was beautiful as well.

Super great food and atmosphere! When I gave my little speech about how I have a severe allergy to gluten (which I've learned to do because trying to explain Celiac is difficult at the best of times) the waitress said, "oh yes we have celiacs come all the time with no problem"! Out of every place I've ever gone, this is the one who understands Celiac the best, and they're food was exceptional! Will definitely go back if I'm ever in New Orleans again!

The gluten free options were clearly marked on the menu, and the was some overlap between the gluten free and vegan options. I had the cheese grits (yum, though to be fair I haven't had grits before) and the avocado mango salad (refreshing, flavorful and filling). My wheat-eater also found something to enjoy.

This place gets 5 stars for its gluten free food, but they get cero stars for their service, they are rude , snobs and all their good reviews went up into their heads, but wife is very sensitive to gluten and she did not get sick. If you go there have a lot of patience and wear your thick skin because their attitude will get to you otherwise .

The old reviews on here are out of date - more than half the menu was gluten free! Very knowledgeable staff. I had the palapas pork and my boyfriend had the duck, both delicious. We also had the beet hummus as an app. I only wish I had more time in NOLA to try more things here! It's tucked away in a really cute/quiet alleyway with indoor & outdoor seating.

There's only one gf entree which was very disappointing. If you want a salad it's a good place to eat. If you want good hearty gf food in NOLA go to Meals from the Heart.

The gluten free menu is somewhat limited, almost entirely salads, with the exception of one appetizer and one entree. That being said, the food was very good. I had the pomegranate beet hummus (appetizer) which was very good, and the roasted beet and goat cheese salad which was delicious. I was lucky and visited on a day that their soup was a gluten free chilled corn soup, which was also great. The atmosphere is very pleasant here. It's all outdoor seating on a cute little side street, with only maybe 10 tables so you will most likely have to wait a little bit for a table. They also have awesome cocktails!

Their regular menu is marked with what options are GF and also vegan and vegetarian options. I ordered the truffle and manchego cheese grits and the uppatan - both delicious. Small place, friendly staff. A filling lunch for less than $20!
