There is no GF menu. Not a lot of options and it wasn’t very good. I got a grain bowl and the only gf dressing was lemon, but it had no lemon flavor.

Staff is very knowledgeable of celiac and gluten ingredients as well as other allergens. Fluent English staff. I had the blueberry love smoothie. They also offer a few bread/muffin options made with almond flour.

First restaurant to offer me a small gf cookie with my coffee. Then I discovered other options (banana bread muffin) that they excellent. Loved it.
