I love the food here. Everything is Gluten Free and so healthy, and tastes great. I especially like all of the wraps. I never have any stomach issues, and feel good after eating the food.
A little bit smaller menu, but we tried several different items and everything was fresh and delicious. There are not a lot of GF places around where everything is homemade like this. We are so glad we tried it and can’t wait to go back.

By far my favorite little lunch spot. The owner is an absolute delight and puts her heart and soul into everything she makes. Truly a hidden gem!

Celiac safe but NOT COVID SAFE - the owners wear masks that hang down under their noses while preparing your food and half or more of the clientele there does not wear a mask.

Dedicated gluten free and Nicole, the owner, is super friendly and passionate about what she does. A fantastic place for soup, wraps, and salads. Always nice to go to out to eat or grab a quick bite and not have to mention you need gluten free

The power quinoa is delicious. The owner is very knowledgeable about Celiac. The smoothies are fantastic as well.
This place is a hidden gem. In a strip mall and just the best! The owner is always there to answer your questions. She recommended the whitefish and it was phenomenal! The salads are super fresh and everything is made to order.
Love the gluten free wraps and lentil soup. The atmosphere is lovely.

We very much enjoyed our first trip to this location. Nicole was very welcoming and let us know that everything in the store is gluten-free. We had the soup, chicken and fish wraps, and the smoothies. All items were excellent. We will return!

This place is perfect if you are gluten free or just like eating healthy. Everything on the menu is gluten free except the salmon. The owner/cook is super sweet and you can tell she puts a lot of love into her food and customers! Really delicious food :)

I stopped in here not knowing it was gf! I had visited the bakery in the same strip and was disappointed that they did not carry any gf treats except by order. Here, I got a smoothie that was just the right amount of sweet and a Lia P's brownie that was not heavy like most gf brownies. I'll definitely be back to try their food options!!
The food was delicious! The service was very friendly. We had the baked whitefish, chicken cobb salad and chocolate ricotta crepes. The americano 2as good as was the iced green tea. Everything here is gluten free.
They have a lot of GF choices. The wrap was excellent and I did not get sick. The owner was attentive.

My entire family is gluten-free right now, which is pretty easy to work at home, but is proving to be tricky to maintain while we're on vacation!
I appreciated that everything in the cafe was GF, so that my kids felt like they had a lot of options, instead of navigating around the menu like we're accustomed to.
My hubby ordered the scrambled egg and feta GF wrap, which he was really impressed with. I had a green smoothie (which is kind of a redeeming god-send when you've been travelling!) and tried a crepe with fresh strawberries. YUM.
Nicole was incredibly accommodating, and I really enjoyed chatting with her about how she came to start up her cafe.
I would recommend this to anybody passing through the area or even taking the trek from neighboring cities.

This IS the place for celiacs!!! All GF. Delicious! I love the owner! She is so friendly! My favorite is the avocado omelette wrap (onions, tomatoes, spinach).
Owner is incredibly friendly! Everything is GF, though it isn't all sugar free. (Nutella crepes) Though i love the crepes, my personal recommendation is the Potato Dumplings!! They have a super flavorful gravy-like sauce with carrots and mushrooms! We have had a great meal every time we have came!!

Everything is gluten free and very tasty! So far I've had a couple green smoothies, a salad, a salmon wrap, the avocado eggs and the ricotta cheese crepes. All wonderful and the owner is a complete delight! Highly recommend. They have 2 high chairs if you bring kids.
