Very lucky to have stayed on the island for 4 nights. Was a bit nervous about what coeliac suitable food would be available but was pleasantly surprised and re-assured talking to the staff and executive chef for the resort. plenty of options in the end, including plenty of fresh fruit and seafood, gf toast, gf burger buns, gf corn flakes, and a dedicated gf fryer for chips as well! even a gf strawberry tart dessert which was delicious. Some great cocktails as well! even a daytrip to the outer reef was fully catered for with 3 massive plates of gf food; just spoke with the chef on the way to the pontoon and they put it all aside before the buffet was contaminated :)
