What a delight to find a restaurant that could accommodate both Gluten and Dairy Free. You choose your base (rice noodles, rice, etc), then your protein (I got red curry) and toppings (I did them all!) and then a sauce. I didn't need one since I had the curry sauce, but the chimichurri was pretty good. I also got the chili chop sauce - it has quite the kick! I wish the peanut sauce didn't have butter in it - that I think would have been a good combo. Oh! ~And adding a fried egg on top is most excellent. I also recommend having slices of avocado as well - yum yum. We were given a sample of tofu but I unfortunately wasn't a fan - something tasted "off" even with dipping it into one of the other sauces. Still, I would definitely come back - there were other combos I wanted to try - they also have meats like chicken for protein.
