Had a really tasty meal here. It was my first time trying Indian-style Chinese food. Loved it! We had the masala fried rice and a spicy prawn dish. When I asked about gluten free, the server fetch a woman who I assume was the owner or manager. She said that they use chickpea or cornstarch for many of the fried items. When I questioned further, it was a shared fryer with wheat items so be sure to avoid that if you are celiac. Once she realized I was so sensitive, she worked with me to find items that could be prepared safely and knew to leave out soya sauce. She was very kind and patient. We really enjoyed our meal.
