Local, organic, and seasonal fresh gluten-free foods. The grass-fed beef burger with carmelized onions and garlic aioli on a fresh baked baked GF bun with rosemary potato wedges and amazing homemade ketchup was out of this world. The seared ahi with homemade teriyaki was also incredible. The Kauai sweet shrimp appetizer was delicious. The fresh lemon-limeade sweetened with local honey was addictive, and the lemon tart with macadamia nut crust was superb. Amazing service and very friendly staff. Do not miss an opportunity to try the food at this wonderful new establishment. Ask for Anthony and tell him Jo and Alex sent ya. Not sure about whether there is a dedicated GF prep area, so you may want to call and ask.
