I was told that most things on the menu could be made gluten-free. The server had poor communication skills but seemed to have taken note that I’m celiac. Both my friend and I ordered pad Thai and the server told me to not take her food because hers wasn’t gluten free. I was confident that they would be cautious. When they brought the food, the dishes look the exact same with no label to differentiate the gluten free one. The guy put the gluten free one in front of me and I trusted that he didn’t mix them up. I got sick a few hours after eating. I felt so upset because I’m always so careful evaluating the risk and this time I miss calculated. They must have mixed up the two plates and served me the non gluten free one. Now I know not to order the exact same dish as someone else that is not prepared gluten free for everyone but needs to be modified.
I am Celiac. I ordered take out. I ordered the 13. Neau Nam Tok (Waterfall Beef Salad). I called ahead and told them about my allegery. I asked if they could make it without soy sauce as it usually contains wheat. They said they can omit the sauce and make it gluten free. I also ordered a Side of shrimp chips (made of tapioca starch) and sticky rice. Great experience.
They were knowledgeable about gluten and were able to adjust many menu items to be gluten free. Great experience!
They were able to accommodate gluten free with quite a few menu options! The server was knowledgeable and aware of celiac disease. Ordered the pad Thai. They have a separate gluten free sauce available and if you tell the server you’re celiac, the kitchen will take steps to avoid cross contamination. Great experience, didn’t get sick after
