UPDATE. Last time I was glutened by a smoothie. Tested a new one today and sure enough it tested positive for gluten with my Nima sensor. On the bright side, my salad tested gluten-free.

GVC’a second location. This one is inside the Public Market in downtown Easton. They sell smoothies, juices, salads, and sandwiches. Not sure how safe the foods are, but so far no issues with smoothies.l and I’ve tested them often with my Nima.
