I usually a Turkey Avocado sandwich from them a couple times a month. They have THE best gluten free sandwich bread! They are always kind, service is amazing, and I think the owner is celiac. She is definitely gluten free though, and is usually on location to help ensure cross-contact does not occur.

I love this place! Even before I learned about my gluten intolerance, I loved their GF peanut butter cookies! Now I love going for their GF biscuits and they usually have GF bread so they can make any of their delicious sandwiches to suit. If you’re in the area during the Carnival season, be sure to try their GF king cake biscuit— TO DIE FOR!!!

Owner is gluten-free. Great experience. Delicious treats. Gf bread and biscuits for sandwiches. They use local Conecuh(AL) bacon. Highly recommend.
