My husband and I went to Greenwood in Highwood and boy were we blown away by the ahhhmazing gf food and safety protocols that the chef takes!!! The owner came out to our table to explain everything can be made GF. He has a designated fryer in a separate part of the kitchen for the fried calamari and french fries. He only uses gf soy sauce and he makes his teriyaki in house. Udi bread for the burger and the fries are sooooo delish and safe!! All the salad dressing are gf and he said everything on the menu can be made GF. What a treat for a celiac family!!
