Waiter did not know what gluten was and was not very friendly. Maybe because he felt overwhelmed by my Albanian diet card and veggie diet. I ordered a risotto with grilled vegetables. I asked the waiter to show him my diet card because of possible hidden gluten in the ingredients. The waiter said I just can order risotto, because its naturally gluten free, but we know all that gluten free is more than just that. I asked him to tell the chef needs to wash his hands carefully and to be sure that all the ingredients are gluten free. He said: yes but you want risotto? Allright then. Risotto was tasty, a bit pricy though but good. And i didn't feel ill afterwards.
