Gregg’s is a little local sub shop that probably wouldn’t be best for those with cross contamination issues, but they do offer Canyon GF bread and offered to change their gloves before making my sandwich. Didn’t ask about GF options for their meat but know it is all cut fresh on the same machine. I am gluten intolerant, not celiac and have not had any issues eating here. I especially love their pizza sub on the GF bread.
