We’re a food truck serving brunch style food; pancake sandwiches and dessert pancakes with real maple syrup. All ingredients used are either labeled gluten free or the products used do not list any gluten containing ingredients.

Really yummy gf breakfast! Pups (lil smokies dipped in pancake batter) were excellent, s’mores pancakes were incredibly sweet but delicious. My non GF dining partner said the pancakes were indistinguishable from gluten ones. Food truck circle is very cute with lots of options and places to sit!

I took my daughter who has Celiac here. She had the s’mores pancakes but subbed with waffles instead and I had the breakfast sandwich. Everything was great and it’s all gluten free.

So delicious! I got the breakfast sandwich which is between two pancakes and it was fantastic. My husband and friend got the same and none of us could tell the pancakes were gf. The tater tots are crunchy and perfect. Definitely a new staple for weekend breakfast for me!

Awesome food! The pancakes were fluffy and delicious (I got the blueberry pancakes with fried bananas) and the tots were great.

Solid pancakes very yummy and fluffy! I really enjoyed the breakfast sandwich and blueberry pancakes. The lil smoky corn dogs were divine. Super cute food cart area too with good coffee inside!

I got the chicken sandwich. It was delicious, especially with the spiced syrup. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the pancakes worked as a bun, I expected them to fall apart but they did not. They were very fluffy and I am excited to come back and try the other items!

The fluffiest GF pancakes I've ever had. My Celiac son had the fried chicken sandwich. He loved it. My wife and I had the breakfast sandwich. Super good! The tot sauce had a hot spice to it that was too much for my son but I liked it. We thought the tots had too much salt on them. I might ask for no salt next time.
