Someone just recently posted that this restaurant is safe when it is not. The restaurant states on its website that meals are not guaranteed GF and they do not have a dedicated prep area. I phoned them as well and was given the same honest response. So please do not take a chance.

Lovely place. Lots of gluten-free options! I love the macaroni and cheese. Probably the best restaurant Mac I've had! Bonus it's gluten-free so I can eat it! they're street corn dip is amazing. They have gluten free buns and I think one time I got a beef on weck . We've been there a couple times. They have great mashed potatoes and they do have a gluten-free gravy. But I didn't care for the gravy but the mashed potatoes were really good! Do you care for the wings thatmt not bad they're just not my favorite. Those and the gravy are the only thing I didn't really care for. My partner doesn't eat gluten-free and really loves the food here too. He also thought their beer was great. Definitely a place will be returning to. Actually we already have both here and Lewiston.

I usually go to the Griffin Pub in East Aurora, but this location has the same menu, so we went to the Transit location after work. When I ordered the item on their new menu that I LOVE, the Thai pulled pork sandwich, the server said they’d have to make it without the sauce. I have always gotten this item, along with the sauce, as it is marked gluten free on the menu, and when I asked she was unsure why all of a sudden it was not gluten free. I always make a pint to say I have celiac disease and to tell the chef, so I was confused how this item could have changed. Not only was this a disappointment, but also made me worry that I’ve been eating something unsafe since their new menu came out a few months ago. This, along with one server telling me they have a separate fryer one day, and another saying they don’t, leads me to question the safety of this establishment. I’m not sure whether to keep frequenting this establishment though it makes me sad since I love the GF Mac and cheese and the burgers are terrific!

I’m a very sensitive celiac and had a great experience here! Our server was very knowledgeable and i did not have any issues post meal. My daughter also has nut allergies and care was taken with her meal as well.

They don't have a separate GF menu but our server was knowledgeable about options. He even double checked to make sure my side wasn't cooked on a shared grill with the wheat hamburger buns. Having the always-delicious Glutenberg beer on the drink menu was a definite plus

I've eaten @ both locations twice. While there isn't an extensive gluten-free menu, there are options & staff is helpful when trying to select menu items. At Niagara Falls location they have gluten free rolls so you can get burgers & sandwiches. I had their beef sandwich & it was to die for! At the Clarence location I had the bass which was good, & the beef risotto - YUM! It's pricey, but a great "date night" place!

I don't know what the above reviewer is talking about. It must have been written by the establishment. They may have gluten free beer, but not gluten free food unless it's a plain salad. The food overall is not good. Had a crab cake salad and there was no salad. ( which of course is not gluten free) It was full of bacon and funny tasting avocado, I figured it must have come from a package. Really disappointed. Won't be returning.

The best GF date or dinner night in western NY. Love this place. Glutenberg beer, multiple apps and entrees with understanding staff willing to help anyway they can. Great menu- GF or not- creative and delicious not just the " usuals."

We stopped here during a roadtrip on a Wednesday evening, there was plenty of availability despite a steady flow of customers.

The menu is extensive and has several allergens/dietary preferences marked clearly on the menu. They have many dishes that can be made gluten free including GF buns.

The server we had, Paige, was extremely friendly and observant as well as funny and very attentive.

The food came out quickly and was well done and tasty. They offer beer samples and have wine, ciders and other options, they have something for everyone.

The atmosphere was fun and comfortable with plenty of natural light.

Highly recommend this place if you are in the area

We had a party of 10 recently and three of us have Celiac. The server was extremely knowledgeable and the GF items on the menu were well marked. The food was delicious and the three of us felt great after. I would highly recommend this location for a safe GF meal in East Aurora.
