Great food and several gluten free options. From a food and drink taste perspective the restaurant gets 5 stars. For celiac safety I give them a 3. No gluten free buns for burgers and the waitstaff is not knowledgeable about what is gluten free on the menu. They will check for you but I had one waitress say I can't have a salad dressing bc it had soy. (Not gluten) and I have had different pieces of other burgers such as a stray piece of brisket come out under my burger. Which tells me they weren't careful about cross contact.

If they trained the staff properly on allergens and got a gluten free bun this would be one of my favorite restaurant

Good food. The sirloin was nice and tender Answered my questions and said they clean the grill change gloves.
