Oh My Goodness! So allergy friendly and extremely knowledgeable! The food is delicious, service kind and caring and amazing! I have celiac and a garlic allergy.our server gave us a list of safe foods and actually double checked to be sure and we changed some of our order. The wings are fantastic! Salmon and both truffle and regular fries super yummy!

We loved this place. It's quite cozy on the inside with a nice atmosphere. Our server was friendly and helped make for an enjoyable evening.
I ended up ordering a bunch of apps which I don't ordinarily do.. I just had to try a variety here. The calamari was amazingly tender and cooked just right. Sauce was good, the coating fell off more easily than you'd like but that doesn't affect the flavor, just use a fork and scoop. The chicken wings were awesome, just the right amount of sauce. A little sweet, so don't expect hot wings. Ordered french fries and asparagus along with it and those were tasty as well.
Glad we stopped here, would highly recommend if you're in the area.

If you are visiting the Cape Cod area, Grill 43 is a must! This was mine and my husband’s favorite spot we ate at on the Cape. One of the owners has Celiac so the staff is very understanding and the menu is very clear on what can be GF. We got the pork belly and polenta as an appetizer and this was delicious! The polenta was cheesy and whipped to perfection and the pork just melted in your mouth. I could have eaten three servings of this! I got the fried fish and chips with coleslaw. This was the absolute best fried fish I’ve ever had- great flavor and super flaky. The fries were hand cut and addictive in the best way possible The coleslaw wasn’t my favorite; it was a little too watery for my liking. My husband got a wood-fired cauliflower crust pizza and loved it! Our server informed us that the wood fire oven would not be celiac safe. He isn’t GF so this was okay for him. The ambiance, service, and food quality are top notch and one of my absolute favorite places I’ve ever eaten at.

I’m a highly sensitive celiac and I have had great dinners here…duck, steak frites and fish dishes. I’m very careful about what I order.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The food is EXCELLENT! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and I went here on vacation. We liked it so much we came back again the next night! We had their truffle fries and I had their gluten free pizza (which is the same size as the regular pizza). We finished it off with the creme brûlée. Everything was excellent, in fact the creme brûlée was amazing! We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

Food was fantastic. Service was fantastic. The waitress went out of her way to find a “less sweet” drink when I requested a suggestion. I am type 1 diabetic and celiac. Will be frequenting this restaurant. One of the co-owners has a sensitivity to gluten so the menu specifically says what is and isn’t gluten free! The pizza may have cross gluten contamination per the waitress but they DO have a dedicated fryer!! I ordered the fish tempura and was do happy to have fish and chips again since my celiac diagnosis!

Pizza is not safe because the pizza oven has regular flour everywhere. Regular menu items are made separately and I’ve never had an issue after eating here.
Excellent pasta, steak was great, drinks are wonderful as well. very knowledgeable

This place is great if you have a gluten intolerance/sensitivity but NOT if you are celiac. They have a big gf menu and the staff seemed knowledgeable so I was really hopeful. However, within an hour after eating I was sick.

Amazing amazing amazing! Went here for a girls night. I got a gluten menu which was beyond amazing. One of the owners came over and made sure my food was over seen the entire night. He knew a ton about Celiac and made sure I felt comfortable with eating all that was given to me. The servers were well educated at meal options and Celiacs. Can’t wait to go back!!l
