Review of Grill'd

Had a kids meal that was labelled GF and it went pretty well! Felt a bit funny that night but can’t guarantee it was the meal I ate there and it was nowhere near as extreme as my usual gluten attacks.

Keep in mind that though the staff are very knowledgeable about cross contamination and they have a lot of GF options etc, they do state that they can’t call anything coeliac safe as they can’t guarantee no cross contamination, so it is a bit of a risk — as is most places.

Lovely food though! Definitely some of the best GF I’ve had
