Ordered 3 different meals, 1 regular Simply Grill'd, 1 on a GF bun and 1 without a bun at all. The server asked if I was ordering based on preferences or allergies which was impressive I felt. Very impressed overall!

I’ve eaten here a couple times and I haven’t had any bad experiences. I make sure to order at the register rather than through the app, and the servers always ask if I’m coeliac when I order the gf bun.
Eating here there’s always risk of cross contamination but I’ve seemed to have good luck! I’d eat there again.

I've heard only great things about Grill'd from the celiac community, so being in Sydney went inside to order. The lady taking my order said she could not confirm it was celiac safe because they used shared equipment and grills for the patties and bread??? Didn't order. Left hungry.
UPDATE: Same location, different employee. He said they are gluten free and fries/chips are all in a dedicated fryer, but also that if you order your burger GF it is cooked on a special griddle. The only thing that makes me nervous is that one employee knew this, the other did not.

We have eaten at Grill’d a lot- burgers and chips, at different locations. We were a bit taken aback when we went yesterday and saw what seemed to be a new statement on their menu that their GF offerings were not suitable for coeliacs. We had a long talk with them and they told us their processes, which hadn’t changed, which include new gloves, separate utensils, separate grill. They were very helpful and very careful. My daughter has immediate reactions to gluten, and she was fine, no reaction thankfully, and a delicious meal.

Has option of gluten free buns for burgers and all the fried foods are gluten free. When I asked for a gluten free bun the staff asked for allergies and noted down I was coeliac. Then they confirmed my meal was gluten free when they served it to me. The bun falls apart but it tastes good. So good to have a regular place for chips where I don't have to worry about them being cross contaminated in the fryer.

Really great, they always ask me if it's for allergy or preference and always make effort to cook separately.
