I do.love these burgers. GF buns a bit hard and scratches my lips but not enough to put me off going back again and again. Only complaint is hf burger never marked gf in any way so.I have often had to phone and ask if the take away burger was made gf and often get the "I think so" reply.

We have eaten at Grill’d a lot- burgers and chips, at different locations. We were a bit taken aback when we went yesterday and saw what seemed to be a new statement on their menu that their GF offerings were not suitable for coeliacs. We had a long talk with them and they told us their processes, which hadn’t changed, which include new gloves, separate utensils, separate grill. They were very helpful and very careful. My daughter has immediate reactions to gluten, and she was fine, no reaction thankfully, and a delicious meal.

Has option of gluten free buns for burgers and all the fried foods are gluten free. When I asked for a gluten free bun the staff asked for allergies and noted down I was coeliac. Then they confirmed my meal was gluten free when they served it to me. The bun falls apart but it tastes good. So good to have a regular place for chips where I don't have to worry about them being cross contaminated in the fryer.

Really great, they always ask me if it's for allergy or preference and always make effort to cook separately.
