Staff are all trained on cross contamination practices. They use fresh gloves, fresh paper in between burger and surfaces and will toast the bun on the grill which has never had any gluten cooked on it. All their fryers are Gluten free. The entire menu is gluten free EXCEPT the regular bread buns and pita wraps. Always impressed with Grill’d in terms of allergies. This review is applicable to all Grilld’s in Melbourne, have visited most in my travels and never been glutened.

I’ve eaten there twice now. Both times they have asked is GF a choice or a requirement. To which I respond, no one would chose this. They then call it out to the chief. So it appears they take GF seriously and do there next to aviod cross contamination.

Good fries/chips and chicken nuggets. We ordered from the counter twice and said I was celiac so they made sure my order had fresh gloves, counter, etc. I ordered once through their website and wasn’t able to specify an allergy, but I didn’t have a reaction.

Very careful with cross contamination- mostly gluten free menu, only the regular buns that have gluten. My son loved the chicken bites and chips.

Grill’d are always happy to accomodate and the burgers are never compromised for size like other restaurants I have visited. The bun may not look appealing but you wouldn’t know it is gf.

They will put fresh gloves and everything if you tell them you are coeliac :)
