Hands down the best sandwich I’ve had since being gluten free. I wanted to cry. They were extremely knowledgeable, they have a different station for the gluten free sandwiches, cut them safely, have gluten free bread, and have a dedicated fryer for the fries!! Amazing experience!
Omg!!! I had the most amazing GF sandwich with vegan cheese. Seriously y’all…it tasted just like the real deal. Soooo satisfying and I didn’t feel like I was missing out on life at all! Ordered The Chesterfield on GF bread with vegan cheese and I added mushrooms. Heavenly! BTW don’t miss out on the lavender lemonade. :)
Went here a few weeks ago. The grilled cheese I got was delicious. And I didn’t have any noticeable reaction to it, so I believe it was genuinely gluten free.
However, the staff weren’t the friendliest or most helpful when I tried asking questions.

Insanely touristy area. Very hard to find parking close by, and if you can find any, expect to pay $15-$20.

Called and asked for a wait. They said no wait and didn’t close until 10. Walked in at 9:10 and they yelled saying we couldn’t eat there. Absolutely awful service and would never give my business to them
The "A Night in Amsterdam" was amazing and the fries are so crispy
Delish grilled cheese (I got the classic) and fries (cooked in a separate fryer - that’s all they cook in it) and it came with a side of gluten feee tomato soup for dipping. Comfort food and a real treat!!
They have goat cheese! It's more of a goat cheese spread, but I prefer it over the oil-based vegan cheese they also offer. I know goat cheese doesn't work for everyone, but I was happy to have it. I got the Chesterfield, which has pulled pork, and I prefered the goat cheese flavor with that sandwich over the Artist sandwich my mom ordered. The sandwiches come with a small ramekin of a tomato bisque that is gluten and dairy free and added a fun flavor to the Artist sandwich.
Stopped in while visiting town, the gluten free bread was amazing! I had the tomato, bacon, and cheese sandwich.
This place is fantastic. Had an amazing GF grilled cheese with fries for lunch and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Highly recommend!!
The grilled cheese was great, surprised to find that they use Canyon Bakehouse bread for the gluten free option (not my favorite brand of gf bread but it was delicious). Staff was very understanding of cross contamination and I was given a side of tomato basil soup that I was assured was also gluten free. Will definitely come back next time I’m in town
Omgggg so good!! The gf bread is good and toasted perfectly. I got the the chesterfield and the pork on it was really good. Employee was super positive and knowledgeable because he has a gluten allergy as well. Everything on the magical menu is gluten free besides anything with gravy, Mac n cheese, or crispy chicken.

They have separate equipment for the gluten free sandwiches, including a separate fryer for the French fries. They have many options for grilled cheeses that can be made gluten free. The place is small, but service was good and quick. And it grilled cheeses were very good!

Fantastic! Lane our server, Anthony our chef...👏 wow. Everything was above our expectations! We got the Mondial and Amsterdam, lavender lemonade and soup dipper size comes with each sandwich. Delicious 😋 😋 😋 all of it! Service 7pm Monday night was great, very attentive. Everyone in the place left smiling and complimented the workers as they left. Definitely coming back later this week, and next time we're around one of these!
Had the “Asian Cowboy” minus the bacon. SO good! Dipped in tomato basil soup made it even better. Also came with a yummy chipotle mayo for dipping! Wish it were closer to home!
This is a fantastic place for Celiac. The guy behind the counter was extremely knowledgeable. They have gluten free bread and dedicated areas for preparing things with allergy sensitivities. Even more exciting to me was the fries with a dedicated drier. You cant get the gravy but everything else was fair game a amazingly delicious. Just start out by mentioning that you heard they have good options for celiacs and they will guide you the rest of the way.
Everyone was very knowledgeable about gluten allergies. Will be back again!

Awesome and unique grilled cheeses!!!! Can make them gluten free on their gf bread.
No gluten free menu, but they can make your sandwich on GF bread, and it was so good. We dug into our meals before we realized no photos were taken. We let them know someone in our party has celiac and they were very accommodating. The place is small and service wa slow, but it was worth the wait.
All I can say is WOW! I’ve lived in STA for 4 years and just assumed I couldn’t go to a place that markets around grilled cheeses, after seeing great reviews on this app we decided to try! Mitchell (manager) was sensational, he stood with us going over how everything can be made gluten free, how they take cross contamination very seriously, and how they have a separate grilling station for GF orders! He made great eye contact and made us feel so comfortable, even said “you’re safe here” 🥹 the queen Brie was to die for and we will make grilled cheese gallery our new fav spot!
The gluten free bread was delicious! Perfect softness and not at all dry. Not to mention their grilled cheese blows my mom's out of the water. And just enough tomato basil for dipping. Yummy!!
Had the Queen Brie and it was AMAZING! They have a separate area of the grill for GF items only and they clean it before as an extra precaution. They have a dedicated fryer for sea salt fries! The gal who took our order seemed incredibly knowledgeable. I’m a very sensitive celiac and has ZERO symptoms. Sandwich was 10/10! Walk, don’t run to Grilled Cheese Gallery!

I was disappointed. I’m giving it three stars for two reasons. One I did get a stomachache a few hours later that lasted all night. And two I hate how restaurants charge so much more for gluten-free bread and vegan cheese. My sons kids grilled cheese went from six dollars to $10 because of the bread and the vegan cheese.
I will say the sandwich was good. it did not taste gluten-free at all but my son said it tasted like udis bread. But again just disappointed that I got a stomach ache and for the up charge. They did say that they use a separate area and separate fryer. So Not sure why I get sick. I don’t have celiac but I am very sensitive to gluten and dairy.
Had a great experience here! Got the night in Amsterdam and it was awesome. I felt out the cashier on cross contamination knowledge and he explained that they cook GF orders in a separate area and pan than everything else. It was delicious and I didn’t get sick!
Delicious! I had the grilled cheese with bacon and tomato on GF bread, which came with a side of tomato soup and a tasty sauce. The cashier was curt and seemed annoyed when I asked whether any other ingredients had gluten, so I didn’t feel comfortable asking about cross-contamination, but I didn’t get sick.
We've walked by this place a million times thinking we couldn't eat it, and then I popped on here and got excited. It was so damn good. We will start making this a regular thing.

Gourmet Gluten Free Grilled Cheese!! They have gluten free bread and vegan cheese as an option for those with dairy allergies. Make sure to ask them to change their gloves. Amazing!!

I had high hopes, I mean, and gluten free and dairy free GRILLED CHEESE!!??
I got the CGC with gf bread and vegan cheese and it was perhaps the worst sandwich I've had. The bread was slapped together sideways, toppings falling out, bacon was hard to chew, and the vegan cheese was almost nowhere to be found.. Overall, I was severely disappointed. The staff was young and I would've said something but we took our food to go.
My husband had regular bread and cheese and his sandwich looked amazing. I felt cheated.
Thought we’d eat there, but the guy behind the counter clearly had no knowledge on gf. We said two of the four of us had Celiac, and he asked “what’s that?” We explained, told him it all needed to be gf, then he proceeded to ask if we needed gf cheese or just bread. I told him there is no cheese with wheat to my knowledge, and he offered up vegan cheese in case we needed the cheese gf too. He meant well but was clueless and we walked out.
Great gluten free bread. Big. I had the night in Amsterdam. Lots of cheese and a tomato dip was great. One of the works has celiac in his family. They don't have gf fries though.
Right when we walked in the guy knew exactly what my husband could have. He said it would be separate pan and space. Food was incredible!
Awesome grilled cheese sandwiches. Pretty much all of their “magical” gc sandwiches can be made in GF bread. Tomato soup is also gf & yummy

While it’s not listed on the menu, they do have GF bread so any of the grilled cheese can be made GF. No dedicated fryer so fries are not safe for Celiac. They will change gloves and use a separate knife and area to make your food. Very good food! Didn’t get sick!
Pretty yummy! Would eat again! My husband wasn’t super impressed with his sandwich though.
The food is so tasty. After we ordered the owner came over to our table to let us know that they were cleaning things and it would take a little longer than usual. The staff also informed us that they didn’t have a dedicated fryer so if for celiacs they don’t recommend the fries.
Checked GF app and ordered GF vegan cheese with bacon grilled. Yummy... tomato basil soup ok. I would eat here again.
Oh my goodness I cannot even describe how yummy the food was. I had The Queen Brie sandwich on gluten free bread and it was delicious! I will definitely come back.
Delicious! Entire staff was very helpful to point out what could be done gf with a separate workspace. Usually fries are okay but they had fried something earlier with dough after cleaning and lmk it wouldn't be okay to eat the fries. I'm celiac, so I didn't have the fries but my gluten intolerant kids did. I have to say this was the best grilled cheese and tomato soup I've had, probably ever. Amazing staff and lavender lemonade is fabulous. I am sensitive when eating out to cross contamination and felt great after.
