I came back for a second meal and got the chicken breast fajitas and tested everything including the rice and beans side and everything was gluten free! Avoid the tinga de pollo and chicken enchiladas
Here is my first review:
I want to give this restaurant another chance and order something more simple but I ordered chicken enchiladas with verde sauce. I’ve done 2 Nima tests on the chicken and both came back gluten found. The cheese and sauce and tortillas tested gluten free as well as the rice and beans. I informed them about my issues with gluten and cross contamination so they were aware when they were preparing the order. I did 2 separate tests on the rice and beans and those are gluten free. Just avoid the chicken they use in the enchiladas. I might be back to test some more

Very knowledgeable, and super careful! Our server was lovely and very accommodating. She apologized to us that it would take a bit longer because they had to heat fresh oil to be sure I didn’t get cross contaminated. No apologies necessary- I was thrilled! I had chicken tinga enchiladas with rice and beans and an empanada. Food was really fresh and delicious. Really good sangria as well. Highly recommend!

Many items labeled gf but I didn't expect much. I was surprised when I got a call saying my delivery was delayed because they were making my food special to ensure it was safe. Food won't blow you away but having a place to eat nachos and tostones is the best.
