Grounded Cafe

Grounded cafe is located within the Brooklyn Flow yoga studio. They have a wonderful space and serve all kids of cafe drinks. Their snacks include gluten free energy bites, tahini chocolate chunk cookies, energy bars and brownies and other foods from Sensible Edibles. The tahini chocolate chunk cookies are one of my husband’s favorite celiac-safe treats and I always stock up when I go to a yoga class. Their oatmeal and other bowls are also delicious. The menu is well labeled with regard to gluten.
