The staff seemed very knowledgeable about the needs of those with Celiac disease. Options weren’t marked on the menu, but staff able to indicate what was safe. Several meat options, but unfortunately limited sides (especially for kids). They did not have a dedicated fryer.

Great BBQ food. The owner came over and discussed everything with me. Very aware of cross contamination. He mentioned his sister has celiac disease so he is very careful about preparing gluten free food.
