The first time I went I got the gluten free french toast. It was great for it being gluten free bread. I knew it was gluten free because someone in my party ordered normal french toast and there was an obvious difference. I thought it was so good I went the following weekend. I got the gf french toast again and this time they placed it in front of me and I could tell it was the regular french toast. I asked the person who brought it to me and my server and they both assured it was gf (it wasn’t). I wasn’t going to eat it because I knew it wasn’t right. All of a sudden the server comes running over saying she gave me the wrong plate and switched it out for the actual gf french toast. It was a shame they didn’t know cause it was good but I cannot trust it/them and won’t be eating there again.

Nice variety of breakfast, brunch and lunch meals. Breakfast meals include gluten-free pancakes and french toast.
Lunch sandwiches all are marked GF available with various meat sandwiches and a grilled portabello sandwich.
And their lunch plates are also GF available. There are also dairy free items. And a couple of very tasty gluten free cakes
I had the grilled Mahi with mango salsa and black beans & brown rice beautifully presented on the plate. Very tasty. For dessert my friend ordered flourless chocolate cake and I ordered gluten free lemon almond pound cake. Both were delicious.

We were driving east on I-10 toward home and wanted to eat in the car. That usually means fast food, seldom an option for a celiac. Fortunately, I found this restaurant was just a few miles ahead near the exit. I called to order, and the hostess was helpful and knowledgeable. I got the yard bird sandwich on a GF bun with a side of kale salad. It was delicious, and the bun didn’t fall apart. My non-celiac picky husband was very happy with his Buffalo chicken sandwich and chips. I would go there all the time if I lived in town.

The owner of the restaurant is gluten free, so they take contamination very seriously! They have separate preparation areas and designated fryers for gluten free items. As if that’s not enough, almost every single item can be made gluten free. Waffles, pancakes, French toast, anything your heart desires!! I know the owner of this restaurant, and I know how seriously they take cross contamination. This is the only place in Tallahassee I can 100% trust for my gluten free breakfast needs!

GF options are clearly marked on the menu. Had the buffalo chicken sandwich which I ordered on a gluten free bun and also was able to get it fried GF!!!
I have celiac in addition to other food sensitivities that are difficult to avoid (onion/garlic). I have eaten here and ordered to go many times now without issue. The food is delicious and I really appreciate the attentiveness in prep.

This restaurant has the capability of serving gluten-free meals apparently but only if they are not too busy and the cook agrees to cook for you. I was very disappointed last time I went. Despite calling ahead of time and being assured I could eat there (I need to be gluten and dairy-free), the cook said they were too busy to make waffles for me after I ordered. I was told to call ahead next time. Hmm. Did that. I was not in a hurry but it didn't matter. So just be aware.

The food here is AMAZING! There are so many GF choices! The waitress was very knowledgeable about the options and needs. They even have patio seating, and we were able to bring our dog with us. Only drawback was when we went it was very busy and it took a while for our food to arrive. As long as you have time to be patient it's well worth the wait!

I have eaten here several times. Wait staff has always been knowledgeable about gluten allergy. Menu is clearly marked and they have GF gread. Food is good and I have never had any issues when eating here.
Great food. Waitress seemed knowledgeable and helpful. Obviously understand GF.
Stopped here this morning on our travels. What a find! The food was delicious and GF options plentiful. My husband and I split sweet pig hash and pineapple upside down pancakes. And then I saw the special on the board: GF banana pudding with homemade GF nilla wafers -- so we ordered that, too! It did not disappoint. Had excellent service from Nicolette, too. Hope our travels take us near Tallahassee in the future!
