Very good and good well labeled if GF. We had steak, cauliflower mash and grilled veggies. Was very good but a bit salty. Nice to be confident in food choices.
healthy and tasty options. Did not get sick.
The staff is knowledgeable, the options for Gluten Free are clearly marked on the menu.. This is a walk-up counter in a food court (which I normally would not even consider) but the food was so fresh, they cleaned the grill completely before cooking my fish, the options for salad, toppings, dressings, sides were all Gluten Free, unless it was pointed out... My meal was outstanding.. fresh and delicious.. I will definitely go back. I can see why the reviews are so good..
Good food the sever very knowledgeable about celiac and offered suggestions on the different sauce they have
There are a lot of great GF options that are labeled clearly on the menu, as others have mentioned. I got a chicken plate with mashed potatoes and the citrus and herb sauce. It was a little pricey for what I got, but the chicken and potatoes were both seasoned very well and delicious. The sauce was heavy on cilantro, which I love, but caution if you don't. Overall a great quick place to grab a bite in the Ala Moana shopping center food court (bottom level of the mall).
In the big food court of Alain Moana shopping Center, this place is really cool: all the gluten-free meals are clearly indicated and they represent most of their offer. Good grilled meat/fish/tofu with a choice of side dishes (vegetables, rice, etc) and gluten-free sauces!!
Clearly labeled gluten free items on the menu.
Don't go here unless you are going to be very vigilant about making sure everything is actually gluten-free. While most menu items are labeled as gluten-free, the staff (one of whom seemed to be the owner or store manager) was not knowledgeable about what items contained gluten. The first time we went, we ordered the Loco Moco (a new menu item) and asked if it was gluten-free. She said it was so we got it and when it arrived, it was topped with fried onions. We went back in and asked about the fried onions at while point she realized they were not gluten-free and re-made our meals. The second time, my girlfriend ordered the Braised Beef, which is labeled on the menu as being gluten-free. When it arrived, it was covered in a sauce that had not been mentioned so she went back to check and they said it was the Asian Fusion sauce, which is not gluten-free. Again, the meal was re-made to be actually gluten-free. So, they are very nice and happy to re-make meals if they have gluten, but you cannot trust the GF designations on the menu and need to be very vigilant about making sure there is not gluten in each of the components of your meal.
Gluten free and healthy fast food! Everything on the menu is GF except for the croutons on the Caesar salad. The grill and even the spinach wraps are GF. I got one of the entree plates and chose the salmon, grilled veggies, and cauliflower rice. They said all the sauces are GF but I got it with no sauce and it was still very tasty. A great "on the go" option but there are also tables outside on the sidewalk if you want to stay and eat. My friend and I are both Celiac and neither of us got sick.
