Gaucaya Bistreaux can best be described as a mix of latin-caribbean and creole cuisines. They have a bevy of gluten-free options, solid drinks, and a dedicated gluten free fryer. Everything we had was pretty stellar besides the brussels sprouts; they were drowned in balsamic vinegar and covered with too many of those rice twists that are usually on top of lettuce wraps. Weird.
All in all, pretty good place to go. Tables are first come first serve and you order/pay through your phone and get food/drinks as they come out. Good place to go for drinks and snacks with friends.
