Guadalajara Mexican Grille

Ate here one a whim because my options were limited and it was getting late. They have three gluten free options on the menu. When I informed them I have celiac, they said they do not have a separate kitchen or designated prep space, but they will use clean utensil, gloves, surface, etc. When we picked up the order, they confirmed the gluten free meal (my husband ordered a non-GF meal) and even packaged up the toppings completely separate from the non-GF meal. They were wonderful, the food was fantastic, and I did not experience any symptoms after the meal.
