Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant

I'm unsure of the measures they take to prevent cross-contamination, but I haven't gotten sick eating there before. They use a lot of corn tortillas and they usually ask if you want corn or flour. I haven't had a problem so far.

Everything on the menu is gluten free except for the items with flour tortillas. Everything is also peanut free for those with peanut allergies. I had the enchiladas since that is normally difficult to find gluten free at a restaurant. They were delicious. My husband had the pollo fajita and he recommends it. Fajitas can be served with corn tortillas. Service was super fast and friendly.
