Review

There are a lot of things that have gluten in them here, but there are items that do not. Things to absolutely stay away from the flower tortillas, the Rancho sauce (the red enchilada sauce) and the Mexican rice.

Steak fajitas and chicken fajitas are good. They are served with rice, so ask them to just serve more of the vinegar coleslaw in lieu of rice. The green sauce also called chili Verde sauce is good to go. TheColorado sauce is good and picadillo is good. Also, on the big menu items, A1, B2, EF, C3 are good so long as you sub out the rice with something else.

If you order the Pollo con Crema, you will need to have them specially make that without putting any of the bullionin the sour cream sauce. And also again have them substitute the vinegar coleslaw for the rice.

One thing I will do if I order beef enchiladas off of the lunch menu is I will have them put the cheese sauce on top of the enchiladas instead of the Rancho sauce and again and have them substitute more coleslaw instead of rice. Sometimes I will also have them put black olives and diced tomato tomatoes on top of the enchiladas as well.
