We went today and asked about gf food (my daughter has celiac but I don’t so we were just asking). The woman making the food said that the arepas have gluten. The menu says that most everything else is gluten-free, though, except the crispy chicken. Given that the arepas are kind of the point that sucks.

We found this place last week when I was in the hospital and have gotten takeout like four times already, just about everything can be made gluten free except the fried chicken. I love the mushroom and salmon arepas, my son loves the pulled beef one. We feel great afterwards! Make sure to specify gluten free when ordering (super easy to do in the app!)
