I’m gluten and dairy free:) I went to this café for lunch and it was delicious! I got the power bowl without pesto (pesto usually has cheese) and a hazelnut latte with almond milk. Definitely going to go back!

This place is nearly perfect! Amazing coffee drinks (with alternative milks available), smoothies and juices. There is a variety of Costa Rican and Venezuelan menu options. GF items clearly marked. I had the Tico Bowl - delicious! Great place to hang out also . Staff are super nice, there is WiFi, A/C, and lots of outlets.

Gluten free items marked on the menu and delicious! I’m not entirely sure about cross contact protocols here but they seemed to understand.

I have been here 4 times and I love this place. I always have the Tico bowl for breakfast or brunch (pro tip, ask for the egg sunny side up or “con la yema tierna” if you want your yolks runny…otherwise it will come fairly hard-cooked). The coffee is delicious; I had the latte and they always make a pretty design in the froth. They understand cross-contamination, and I have never been sick after eating here. It’s great food at good value.
