This place was amazing! Staff was so nice and helpful. My daughter is six with celiac and it was so nice not having to worry about cross contamination not to mention the food was so good! We got cheese balls and chicken tenders.

Awesome selection on the menu, very hard to find in a dedicated facility - cooked to order and delicious. Highly recommend, even if you are not sensitive to certain foods!!!!! Give Mike your eating out money!!!!!

This is the best gluten free restaurant I have been to so far in this last year of being celiac. A nice visit and an awesome owner who cares about making great food. Stop if you can, wish I lived in the area. I'll post a few pics of what I ordered.

***A Must Stop!!*** I'm not even sure where to start with my review of this exceptional restaurant! I was on my way back from a 2 1/2 week trip to Yellowstone National Park with my two children, one of which has Celiac Disease. We were tired, and very hungry. Something made me check my "Find me gluten free" app, just on the off chance that there would be somewhere that we could eat with my son and still keep him safe. Much to my delight, I came across Gud n Free. But we were quite a ways away from it, and when I called I found out that they were going to close a half hour after we were to get into the area. This is where my appreciation goes far beyond the wonderful food they have. Mike, the owner, told me he would stay open for us!! We got there over a half hour after they had closed, and he was waiting for us with a huge smile. I have never had someone operate out of such kindness! He made us all the food that we wanted, including chicken strips from scratch! The cheeseballs were delightful...so so yummy! The chicken strips were delicious, as was the pizza that he also made for us. We took the pizza to go and ate it later. This was the best meal we had had in over two weeks, and the only place that my son was able to eat out safely the entire trip! The restaurant is 100% gluten-free, and 100% safe for even the most sensitive celiac, like my son. No chance of cross-contamination, so don't worry. But if you're not gluten-free, don't let that stop you…the food was SO good... not boring or bland. I only wish we could transport this restaurant to NE Illinois! They really do care about you and your food allergies/sensitivities. Give this place a shot…you will not be disappointed! Thanks again, Mike, from the bottom of my heart!

This place is truly gluten free and safe for Celiacs. I used to work here, and so much care is taken into using only safe, quality ingredients. Any type of food allergy is taken seriously, and they will do their best to make accommodations for you. And if you have a dairy allergy, let them know - they have a dedicated dairy-free fryer they will use. Highly recommend the pizza, chicken strips, cheese balls, or House Burger!

Excellent! We enjoyed crispy chicken sandwiches, fries and cheese curds. I so appreciated my husband having the opportunity to eat anything he wanted with out fear of getting sick. The owner cares about people and his business! Will go there again.

Dedicated gluten free! So good! I enjoyed cheese balls for the first time in 4 years. Everything was awesome, and my family who aren't gluten free thought it was delicious as well. Highly recommend.

My husband with celiac disease was almost brought to tears as he ate a delicious breaded pork tenderloin and fried cheese balls. The fries and chicken fingers were also delicious even for those without allergies. Make a point to go to this restaurant.

Dedicated gluten free restaurant. Delicious burgers, cupcakes, brownies. Many food options. Their hamburger buns were soft and tasty. Excellent service and friendly owners. We stopped by when traveling through the city. Wish we had a restaurant like this close to our home.

This is only the second entirely gluten free restaurant I've ever been to, and I've been a diagnosed celiac for 7 years. This place is amazing. They're new so they're going through growing pains with service. But you don't have to worry about the food not being gluten free. The food is also incredibly amazing! We are sad that this is only a dinner stop on our long road trip. I would eat this everyday if I could!

Wonderful addition to Sioux City! As a Celiac, it's so nice to have a place to go where I don't have to worry about what I eat! Haven't had cheese balls in years!

How refreshing to have a restaurant that is completely safe for Celiacs! The owners are extremely knowledgeable because they have two young daughters with Celiac Disease, so they wanted to make a place 100% dedicated gluten free. Gud n Free is also nut free and fish free with dairy free and soy free options available. The service is great and the good is even better!!! I almost cried when I ate the first cheese ball I've had since my Celiac diagnosis in 2014. Knowing there is a safe place where nothing on the menu is off limits to me and having the confidence that the people who work there really understand my dietary needs and what a place like this means to someone like me - there's not a better feeling. I can eat here and feel "normal" again.

Ate here 8/18/16. Everything is gluten free. What a novel concept. The food was amazing. I ordered the cheese balls and fried chicken sand which. It's been 2 years since I've had cheese balls and these were indescribably delicious. The fried chicken sandwich on the gluten free bun was amazing as well. Even though this restaurant is 45 miles away i will be back often!!

This is an ENTIRELY gluten, nut, and fish free restaurant. The owner has kids with celiac disease and wanted to make a restaurant where people could eat delicious, allergy sensitive food and he did! I recommend the cheese balls, cupcakes, crispy chicken sandwich and literally everything else on the menu!!! They also have dairy and soy free options.
