This is hands down THE best place I have been. The manager and waiter and chef went above and beyond to assure my extensive list of allergens was not only accommodated for but that my family and I had a fantastic experience. I wish we lived in OKC simply to frequent this beautiful resturaunt. Cannot thank them enough for their kindness and care.

I would give this place 1000000 stars if I could. At least half of the menu is GF as-is. I felt totally comfortable ordering and it seemed like GF meals were a really normal, reasonable thing to ask for here. Amber, our server, was extremely helpful and let me ask lots of questions and gave quick answers despite how busy it was. (By the way, very busy on Saturday nights, expect to spend a couple of hours here and get a reservation, though I'm not sure ours helped. The hostess's attitude left a little to be desired.)

Now the food... HANDS DOWN the BEST food I've eaten since my diagnosis, and possibly some the best food I've ever eaten before diagnosis. Flavorful, beautiful presentation, and huge portions. I had the ribs and my husband had the pork chop. Be sure to get chicken lollipops for the app and the flourless chocolate cake for dessert. No sign of CC. Left feeling with my tummy feeling satisfied and happy! Will return!

Our waitress had Celiac and was able to accommodate gluten and dairy free requests easily. The service was wonderful and the options were expansive even with both restrictions.

I ate at Guernsey Park on 12/24/16. Out server was Justin. He was extremely helpful in providing information on all the food they serve and how mostly everything can be adjusted for anyone with Celiac. They are aware of cross contamination and how to handle our food with care. Our appetizer were the Chicken Lollipops, so damn good!!! I ordered the Ginger Chicken. It was amazing! They topped it with fried onions made with rice flower. Came with a lot of food which was fine by me I honestly thought the portion would have been smaller and they were not. The atmosphere was perfect. All around experience was wonderful and I can confirm I did not get sick. I highly recommend this place to anyone that has celiac. You won't be taking a risk. Talk to your waiter and they will keep you safe. Shout out to the chef and kitchen staff! Job well done!

I went here for my birthday and it was fantastic. A server specifically came to our table and went through EVERY item on the menu to tell me what was gluten free and what could be made gluten free with substitutions. She also gave me her opinion on if it was good with the substitutions. I had their pork chop with fried brussel sprouts(amazing!!!) and some fried onions on top which they make with rice flour! I was incredibly impressed with them! And the food was fantastic!!

my name is Bob Flynn and I'm a server/manager at Guernsey Park/Covell Park. I have Celiacs and the whole staff is fully trained and aware of what is and isn't gluten free. Chef Paul Langer will answer any questions you have, and finds cooking around allergies as a great challenge. We wanna welcome all of you to where I've been eating without incedent everyday for 2 1/2 years straight. We have fried chicken, sushi, and an upscale menu that's easily modified to keep you safe. At our sister restaurant Covell Park Chef Daniel Pham has a full sushi menu easily modified to be gluten-free. I should also mention half of the regular menu is gluten-free without modifications.
