They changed the tamales to not be gf anymore; since I had already memorized what had been gf on the menu, I didn't realize. I did mention though that I was celiac and that I couldn't have any gluten cross-contamination. Either this was not communicated to the kitchen, or the kitchen didn't think to flag anything.
Once I realized I had eaten gluten (the tamales sucked, not worth being glutened at all, but the tacos are good), I spoke with the cashier. He did not care at all, even when I told him I might throw up.
I then contacted management, who was pretty nice until I called them out on how they changed their menu. They tried to gaslight me, and then I sent photographic proof, and they never responded, clearly not wanting to be sued or anything. I would have been okay going there again if I had not been gaslit by management and disrespected by the cashier. It sucks to not be able to go to a more affordable, celiac-friendly place anymore, but I never want my money going there again.
