Review of Gumbo Pot

I was able to eat shrimp and grits here by taking off the bisque and adding Delta sauce and making sure that the shrimp were grilled. We ran into the owner named Perry and he helped me order like this. I am not celiac I am gluten intolerant and had no issues.
