Review of Gunshow

From the beginning of the evening the host noted any of our tables allergies on our actual menu so all staff were aware. Every single waiter and chef was knowledgeable of celiac diet restrictions and informed what dish included gluten, even down to the marinades. If any dish could be made gluten free it was without question. The staff was the most knowledgeable I’ve ever encountered and made me few so comfortable and taken care of. Truly a great dining experience!
